I had such a great experience with NYC Maid Cleaning Company. I was in a stressful situation after another cleaning company canceled on me last minute, and NYC Maid was able to fit me in right away. The cleaner was thorough, friendly, and did an amazing job. I will definitely be using them again!

Watch for overcharging. Cleaning a 1 bedroom apartment shouldn't take 4 hours.

Trial run with NYC Maid. I am under an enormous amount of stress. Gloria arrived a few minutes late. But, hey that's NYC. She was professional, thorough, and left my apartment sparkling. I felt such relief walking into a clean home. Will absolutely use them again.

Karina just came and cleaned our whole apartment and it was spotless! The rate for the NYC maid was a lot better than other cleaning services I have used for a deep clean. Will definitely book again in the future!

Jeff is a real gem. Super communicative easy going and responsive. In a city with a lot of fly by night operations, NYC Maids is the real deal. I've occasionally had a few feedback points for Jeff's team and he has always been receptive and responsive.
